ソリッドハニカムテーブルと組み合わせて使える、アルミ削り出しのスツール。座面の裏側をハニカム構造に削り出すことで、超軽量ながら1トンもの荷重に耐える高剛性を実現した。カラーバリエーションには、銀色、利休鼠、鸚鵡緑といった日本の伝統色を選んだ。アルマイト加工ならではの透明感のある発色が、アルミの近未来的な質感と融合し、和洋どちらの空間にも調和する。
座面裏の穴に、ねじ込み式の脚を差し込むだけで、誰でも簡単に組み立てることができる。
To accompany the Solid Honeycomb Table, I created a stool machined from solid aluminum. By carving a bold honeycomb structure into the underside of the seat, it achieves incredible strength capable of supporting a ton while remaining lightweight. The colors, inspired by traditional Japanese shades and realized through anodizing, merge with the futuristic texture of aluminum, bringing a new sense of Japanese beauty to contemporary spaces.

Per accompagnare il tavolo Solid Honeycomb ho creato uno sgabello ricavato da un blocco pieno di alluminio. Scavando una decisa struttura a nido d’ape sotto il sedile, raggiunge una resistenza incredibile — sopporta una tonnellata — restando leggero. I colori, ispirati alle tinte tradizionali giapponesi e ottenuti con l’anodizzazione, si fondono con la texture futuristica dell’alluminio e portano una nuova bellezza giapponese negli spazi contemporanei.
